Forge Glass is a division of
Securiclear Aluminium
Systems Ltd, and offers the widest range of specialist glass
products in both toughened and laminated glass and also a combination of
both for some bespoke projects.
Forge Glass has a wealth of
construction related experience in supplying as well as installing high
quality glass products to the shopfitting, exhibition and construction
industries. We have undertaken many prestigious projects in both modern
and listed buildings for both private companies and public authorities
alike. The products installed fall into many varied applications and
include shelving, screens, balustrades, mirrors, showcases, armour plate
doors and canopies.
Forge Glass has its own design team and
CAD-CAM facility where the most complex state of the art designs can be
created and developed to provide solutions that would have been unheard of
until recently. Solutions that break new ground in every respect
but still meet all the British Standards and building regulation
requirements.

Forge Glass is continually investing in the
latest state of the art CNC CAD-CAM controlled machinery, and is able to
cut and process the most complex shapes and designs to the highest
quality finishes. These can be polished, drilled, routed, laminated and
finished with sandblasting or applied films to the most intricate
designs.
Forge Glass carries a stock of laminated
glass between 6.4mm and 13.5mm thick which offers safety and security
to BS6206 and BS5544 and able to provide the largest cut size plates from
stock sheets up to 6000mm X 3210mm and these can be either supplied to
site or installed by our specialist glaziers.
Forge Glass carries stock to produce
toughened glass from 6mm to 19mm thick to BS6206. Customers
requirements can be produced from templates or drawings for production
using our automated precision CNC scanning and imaging equipment for
more complex shapes and bespoke designs.
Forge Glass is also able to supply more
unusual types of tinted, patterned, wired and specialist fire rated
glasses as required by its ever expanding customer base.
